The DNA-Stijler Algorithm
Standard CAD workflows start from a module library and adapt the room to fit the cabinets. The DNA-Stijler inverts this: it starts from the architectural space and derives the cabinet proportions mathematically.
The algorithm processes three inputs: floor plan dimensions, ceiling height, and the desired door-to-body ratio. It outputs a cabinet grid where every unit is scaled to the room without a single filler panel. Corner solutions, appliance cut-outs, and service runs are calculated automatically.
The output is a fully parametric interiorcad model. Any change to a dimension propagates through the entire system. A revision that would take a draughtsman four hours takes the DNA-Stijler four seconds.
